Transportation to/from the airport:

The hotel is 20.6 miles from the convention site and the hotels to do not offer airport pickup/drop-off. DeafYouth Ministries will provide transportation at specific times for a $20 round-trip charge per rider. This is to cover the cost of a rental van and paying a driver for this service. At this point, we are planning to pick-up at 3:00, 4:30, 6:00 and 8:00 pm although these pickup times are subject to change. We will coordinate return dropoffs depending on the flight schedules.

1. Head southwest on Messer Airport Hwy  (0.2 miles)
2. Slight right to stay on Messer Airport Hwy  (0.9 miles)
3. Take the ramp onto I-20 W/I-59 S  (4.8 miles)
4. Take exit 124A on the left to merge onto I-65 S toward Montgomery  (13.0 miles)
5. Take exit 247 for Valleydale Rd/County Hwy-17  (0.6 miles - same exit as the hotel)
6. Turn left at Valleydale Rd  1.2 mi

The hotels both offer free breakfasts and wireless internet and are approximately 2.5 miles from SEBC on Valleydale. We will offer shuttles back and forth to the hotel for those who need transportation.


Exhibitor Information

Display areas will be available this year for a nominal fee of $25 for ministry information booths and $100 for vendors with Deaf ministry related products and services.
